2026 Exhibitor/Sponsors Registration

Exhibitor & Sponsor Information

Each exhibitor space in the exhibit hall includes one table and two chairs.

• All levels include registration for one representative.
• The Iron Forge level includes registration for two representatives. 
• Additional representatives may register for $200 each across all levels.
• All levels include invites to all presentations, activities, and meals in the program.

The current schedule for the Exhibit Hall to be open will be:

• Wednesday, September 23rd, 6:00pm – 8:00pm  
• Thursday, September 24th, 8:00am – 9:30am, 1:30pm – 5:00pm  
• Friday September 25th, 8:00am – Noon 

If you are unable to staff your table during all the stated exhibit hall hours, please let us know in the registration form under Special Requests. We are happy to work with all registered exhibitors to find the times that work best for your needs.

Table Placement

Priority table placement is offered at select levels, allowing you to choose your table location in the exhibit hall.

Lightning Talks

Lightning talks are an opportunity to share information directly with attendees. These sessions do not require prior approval or review from SC/MLA. All audio/visual needs will be provided.

• 15-minute lightning talk slots will be scheduled prior to keynote addresses or paper sessions
• 4 to 8 minute slots will be available on Thursday, September 24th 
• Slides for lightning talks will be due August 21st  and should be in PowerPoint widescreen size (16:9 aspect ratio) and cannot have audio or video. 

Visibility & Recognition

• The SC/MLA program will be available online and printed copies will be provided to those attendees who request them.
• Size guidelines for all program ads will be provided once registered 
• Exhibitors and sponsors will be recognized during the opening and closing remarks of the meeting.
• Exhibitors and sponsors will be highlighted in Southern Expressions, SC/MLA’s seasonal newsletter (Summer, Fall, and Winter issues).

Attendee List

• All exhibitors and sponsors will receive the full attendee list with contact information one week after the end of the conference. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made within 30 days of payment are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 30 days after the payment date. Additionally, no refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of the meeting start date (September 23, 2026).
