COVID-19 Safety Measures

To ensure the safety of all meeting attendees, exhibitors, and staff, we encourage all meeting attendees to be fully vaccinated, wear face masks, wash hands frequently, and practice social distancing. Non-vaccinated attendees are strongly encouraged to take a COVID-19 test within 48 hours before arrival (with negative result), and wear face masks at all times (unless actively eating or drinking). These protocols may be revised at any time based on updates to hotel, city, state, or national COVID-19 policies.

Please do not attend the SC/MLA Annual Meeting if you:

• have tested positive for COVID-19 and are still in isolation.
• have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 and are still under quarantine.
• exhibit symptoms and it is likely you have been in contact with an individual who has COVID-19. Please monitor your health closely and follow guidelines to ensure your safety and the safety of others in your household.
