Base fee:

1. Members of SC/MLA - Full Registration – $350.00
Includes Welcome Reception and Banquet. Tickets sold separately for Round Table Lunch, Hospital Librarians Symposium Luncheon, or CE courses (see next page).
2. Non-Members - Full Registration – $400.00
Includes Welcome Reception and Banquet. Tickets sold separately for Round Table Lunch, Hospital Librarians Symposium Luncheon, or CE courses (see next page).
3. Retiree – $50.00
Does not include Welcome Reception, Banquet, Round Table Lunch, Hospital Librarians Symposium, or CE courses. These tickets are sold separately.
4. Student – $50.00
Does not include Welcome Reception, Banquet, Round Table Lunch, Hospital Librarians Symposium, or CE courses. These tickets are sold separately.
*Must be enrolled in an ALA-accredited library school program.
5. Wednesday (CE Courses and/or Welcome Reception Only)
CE Courses and Welcome Reception ticketed individually.
6. Thursday Only – $175.00
Includes all Thursday content. Does not include Hospital Librarians Symposium (ticket sold separately).
7. Friday Only – $200.00
Includes all Friday content and Banquet. Does not include Round Table Lunch (ticket sold separately).

Welcome to the 72nd Annual Meeting of the Southern Chapter of the Medical Library Association! I know we’re all excited to see our friends and colleagues again and have our first in-person meeting since 2019.

One person can register and pay for multiple attendees. To register multiple attendees, return to the event registration page after confirming each registration but before paying.

Registration Deadlines:

Open until October 22, 2022.
CE registration open until October 17, 2022.

Cancellations and Refunds:

100% refunds are available for cancellations before October 5, 2022
50% refunds are available for cancellations between October 6 - October 18, 2022
0% refund available after October 19, 2022
