Greetings from the Southern Chapter of the Medical Library Association (SC/MLA)!

We cordially invite you to serve as an exhibitor at the SC/MLA 72nd Annual Meeting from October 19-22, 2022 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Montgomery Hotel and Conference Center in Montgomery, AL.

We are offering several sponsorship levels that will support various events and needs of the meeting. 

Each vendor space in the exhibit hall will be equipped with a table and two chairs.

Unable to attend in-person? You can still choose a level to sponsor.

The sponsorship levels are as follows:

Shipping Address for Materials

The shipping address for vendors to send their packages to Montgomery for the annual meeting is below.
Packages can be shipped to the Embassy Suites no more than 3 business days prior to arrival.
